This Privacy Policy is intended to describe the management methods of the website www.latraccia.it with reference to the processing of personal and / or sensitive data of the users / visitors who consult it. The policy is given only for the website mentioned above and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through by specific links.
According to the art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter the “Privacy Code”) and of art. 13 of the EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR 2016/679”) and ss. mm. ii., laying down provisions for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal and / or sensitive data, we wish to inform users that the personal and / or sensitive data provided and / or collected will be processed in compliance with the above regulations referred to and the confidentiality obligations of the COOPERATIVA E.D.P. Subject-matter of the Processing
- Navigation data or personal data that are implicitly transmitted into the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that could allow users / visitors to be identified (e.g. IP address, computer domain names used by users / visitors connecting to the site, etc.) through by associations and processing together with data held by third parties.

The legal basis that allows the processing of data is made by the realization of a legal transaction where the will of the user to visit the website www.latraccia.it and / or to use the services offered by it and the will of Data Controller in providing information as well as offering / promoting / marketing / a service suited to the expectations and requests of the visitor met.
Recipients of the data being processed

The users and subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of the same data, to know the content, the origin, verify its accuracy, request its integration, the updating, rectification or cancellation pursuant to articles 15 – 22 of the GDPR (EU Reg. 2016/679).

Duration of cookies
